Essay: Write a 5 page concise essay (one that is to the point, is grammatically correct and free of punctuation errors) that describes the importance true leadership plays in one of the movies listed below.  You can select any movie you wish from the five movies on my list:

Each film is based on true events and individuals.  Each film offers different leadership lessons dealing with different issues. Relate concepts discussed in class to the actions of the main characters in the filmboth good and bad choices as well as successes and failure each character has in their rolerelated to leadership.  BE VERY SPECIFIC IN YOUR EXPLANATION (you do not need to go onto a lot of detail of the scenes as I have seen the movies numerous times).  YOU NEED TO DEMONSTRATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES. If your explanation is vague or general, you will lose points off the final grade.  This is your opportunity to synthesize, evaluate and demonstrate you understanding of class concepts.  As we have discussed in class, there is no one way to be a good leader. Leadership is situational based on the character strengths of individual who is leading, based on the situation at hand (including time, money and degree of danger) and the make-up of the most important resource a leaders hastheir followers.
