INSTRUCTIONS:
This assignment asks you to reflect on each of your Course Learning Objectives. For this course, they include:

Analyze human resources as a strategic business function.
Develop a plan for staffing and recruitment.
Strategize effective compensation plans.
Design job descriptions consistent with best practices.
Assess strategies for engaged employees and positive employee-employer relations.
Each reflection has 4 parts:

1. Ranking whether or not you think you met the Course Learning Objective.
