Using concepts and ideas mentioned in chapters 9, 10 and 11 of the book. Create a training document that can be used to teach the concepts and steps involved in installing and managing an IT related solution.
The final product may be in any of the formats mentioned in chapter 10 of the book
Please note that you are not restricted to the ideas presented in chapter 9. However your project MUST be IT related. This is not a group project. You must send me an email with the topic you wish to present. (You must follow proper Email subject line protocol, described in the Course Information section of the course)
Your project must also include one test / quiz that could be used to evaluate students. Please make sure that you also include the answers for the test / quiz.
Aside from the project and the quiz, you must create and maintain an assumptions document, where you state your target audience, expertise level, etc…
Project deliverables are :
Assumptions Document ==> Assumptions document should allow me to understand your logic in choosing the format you have selected for the project. It should also clearly state the target audience for the project (including their knowledge level, usage setting, age group, etc…). You must also indicate what problems your training is trying to resolve.
Paper Presentations: Generally a minimum of 1 – 2 pages (MS Word OR Adobe PDF Document)
Presentation ==> This what the learners should be using to understand the materials
Paper presentations: Generally a minimum of 10 – 20 pages (MS Word/PowerPoint OR Adobe PDF Document)
Quiz ==> Used to test the learners understanding of the materials
Generally a minimum of 1 page (MS Word OR Adobe PDF Document)
Answers to the quiz ==> Satisfactory answers to the quiz
